Jason Nagel: Jason is an Oregon native with a wealth of experience in riding, training, competing, coaching and starting young Horses. He competed in team roping and cutting before deciding to to focus his efforts solely on show jumping. In 2003 he relocated from Eugene, Oregon to the Portland area in order to ride more often with Rich Fellers. Since that time he has ridden in several George Morris Clinics and is developing himself as a young competitor. He accepted the position as head trainer at WoodVine Farms in 2007. Jason is a true horseman and this shines through in the success of the horses he works with.

Jennifer Nagel:
Jennifer was born and raised in
Santa Rosa, CA and has been riding and showing horses since she was six
years old. She trained with Mary Dowdall of MDM farms, and competed throughout the Northern California circuit in
Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation divisions. After finishing out her junior
years, she joined the United States Navy and served her country as a search
and rescue swimmer. Although this removed her from the show circuit
for that time period, this service was key in developing
skills and strengths as a person and an athlete. She also acquired her
private helicopter pilot's license. Throughout the 2006 show season Jennifer traveled to several shows with top competitor Rich Fellers. Their circuit included Spruce Meadows, Del Mar, and Thunderbird Showpark. |
